Custom Garment Buttons
From your reference photo or logo.
CSTY helps garment manufacturers and fashion brands develop alloy and resin buttons. From Beijing, we coordinate material and finish selection, samples, production follow-up and quality checks with specialist manufacturing partners.
MOQ: 200 pieces per style, color and specification. New sampling: usually approximately 15 days; selected designs take 15–20 days. Bulk production lead time is confirmed separately.
Start with the design you want
A clear photo, drawing, physical sample or tech pack can start the discussion. Show which details matter: the shape, surface, color, logo or way the button attaches to the garment.
If the material or dimensions are undecided, tell us the intended garment and share what you know. We review the brief before agreeing the development route.
Three things to send first
- A reference: your photo, design or a product name from our collection.
- A quantity: pieces needed for each style, color and specification.
- A garment use: the clothing type and where the button will be used.
Add measurements, finish references, logo artwork, delivery date and destination where available.
From reference to approved sample
Review the brief
We discuss the design with suitable production partners and identify the material, construction and finish to review.
Develop and refine
Agree the proposed specification, logo method, sample costs and schedule. Review the physical sample and request adjustments where needed.
Confirm the bulk order
Approve the reference and order requirements before bulk production. We coordinate production follow-up, quality checks and delivery.
Logo, color and finish development
Send approved logo artwork and show its intended position. The suitable method depends on the design, material and button size. Feasibility and development costs are confirmed before sampling.
Compare our alloy button options and resin button options when choosing a starting point. A visual effect, such as faux horn or crystal effect, is discussed separately from the actual material.

Can you develop a button from a photo?
Yes. A photo can start the development brief. Size, material, attachment and the final specification are reviewed before sampling.
Do you operate your own factory?
CSTY coordinates development and sourcing with specialist manufacturing partners, including samples, production follow-up, quality checks and delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 200 pieces per style, color and specification. Different styles, colors or specifications are counted separately.
How long does new sampling take?
New sampling usually takes approximately 15 days; selected designs take 15–20 days. The schedule is confirmed for the brief. Bulk production lead time is agreed separately.
